Ummm??
My friends say they won't follow my blog unless I update it more frequently... So I guess i'm going to have to start being better with writing on this thing. I just never know what to write!! And I know that my grammar/spelling/etc. is so sad. (notice how I even began with "and") Ohhh welllll. So my life. It's a great life. Expecially right now. My days consist of working (Response Marketing Co.), going to school (Rennaissance Academie De Hair Design) ((yes, it's Acadmie. I have no idea why they didn't spell it the regular way. Every time I write it out people correct me. It's okay though, I guess)) I get home around 6:30, enough time to run to the gym, eat dinner, and stay up late with my awesome roommates. Weekends are crazy fun. I think what really keeps me going is my callings. I love running around being busy and doing things that help anyone and everyone. I'll be honest, being in charge is a totaly plus. I can't believe that I've already I have lived away from home for a whole year this month!!! The time has flown by. Still single. Still haven't found anyone that has been boyfriend material. That sounds really mean. I should probably add, "yet." One day my prince will come or, One day I will realize my husbands been right in front of my face this whole time. If that is the case, I will feel like a goofer. (I should probably add that I make up words that I feel fit a feeling I have about something. sorry) I don't even know what to say about dating. Lately I feel like I'm just wasting their time (the guys). These past few weeks have been terrible. I went out with 2 different guys both of which D.T.R'd as they walked me to my door after the first date... Ohhhhh jezzzersssss. What do I even say?? I want to just stop being nice to boys in general, I can't be nice with out seeming like i'm interested which leads them on. Which is terrible. I miss being able to have guy friends. Life was great with guy friends. Girls are okay, but as we all know, their alot of drama. andddddd kinda sorta pretty annoying. Can girls be more obvious when they like a guy? One of my biggest pet peeves is when they do things to try to impress a guy. UGH. I don't even know what to say. I just can't stand it. I should probably end this now before it gets out of hand. I can't even remember what the whole point of this was, I'm just letting my brain flow. Peace and blessing, you are awesome.

Katchup
It's been a while, so much has happened!! Mama and Papa Smitty came up to Provo this past weekend for General Conference. It was so nice to see them and here all thats going on down in Vegas. They took us out to dinner Friday and Saturday night, So nice to eat a really good meal!! Conference was amazing. Satuday morning we all got together at Spencer, Taylor, and Austins dorm and ate breakfast while we watched. I was able to to do a quick load of laundry in-between talks :] It was SUPER nice to have clean clothes for the next week! We listened to the Saturday afternoon session in the car on our way to Salt Lake City. Once we got to Salt Lake we hung out at Sarahs Grandpas Condo. It was sooo nice to take a nap on a realyyyyy comfy bed!! I fell right asleep! Around 5:30 the boys got ready for Priesthood Session and us girls went to the Gateway Mall to do some shopping! I bought some really good hairspray for $7. It's usually $28! Go me. We met up with they boys and went to Olive Garden for dinner, yummm. After that we walked back to the Condo. It was late so the gates around the Temple were closed :[ I was so sad. I reallyy want to go up there again and just spend a Saturday watching all the weddings. We headed home after that. So get this hahaha, We were on the freeway?/highway? coming back to Provo. We see lots of red break lights up ahead and were like great. Traffic. So we gradually get down to 1 lane.. Ugh. We see this poor kid trying to push his overheated car up the hill to try and get help. Spencer and Tyler jump out of our car and run over to help him. What awesome future missionaries :] Sarah and I have no clue what were going to do.. so we keep driving, passing a few exits. We decide we should probably go back and pick up the boys. So we back track trying to find the exit the boys got off. Lucky for us the bridge to the exit where we were was closed, so we got to go allllllllll the way back to where the traffic started and sit through it allllllllll over again. Hahah we made the best of it though. I got out and ran along side the car while we were going 3 mph. We blasted music and belted at the top of our lungs. Greatttt times. On Sunday Grandma and Grandpa Batchelor stopped by!! It was so nice to see them.
Here is some picture updates:

Hopefully that will attract the men!
This is my cute little balloon. Haha, this is how we
practiced shaving. Blade and all. We covered them in
shaving cream, one girl in my class pushed a little too
hard.. haha shaving cream went everywhere!!!!

First Hair Color and updo fun :]
Dylan was such a trooper!! I owe him big time. Coloring went great-
Here are some fun updos on my Dolly.
School went great this week. Glad its the weekend though. Went on a super fun date last night. We went to the BYU soccer game, saw them beat the Utah Aggies 3-1 I think? After we went and watched Nacho Libre, Haha way funny movie. I was surprised how funny it was!
I woke up at 12:13 today.. SOOO NICE. Haha I couldn't decide it I wanted to eat breakfast or lunch... Now im just getting ready for the game :] Go Cougs! Hopefully we win.. I hear were not that great.. I honestly think that our graduating class of 2010 is bad luck. First Centennial now BYU?? Oh well.
SO EXCITED FOR TONIGHT! Can you say Dance Party Galore?!
Here are some fun updos on my Dolly.
This is a really ugly French Twist.
Her poor hair is already so damaged from coloring it so much
and washing it alottt.
Just goes to show-don't color your hair too much and don't wash it multiple times a day!
My friend Sarah showed me this cool looking braid.
I had ALOT of time on my hands one day so I did it around her
whole head. Haha it looked really bad. But it was fun!!
Weird Braid again, haha you can see how bald she got
from all the hair we pulled out when her
hair was a huge knot...
poor thing.

Getting my hands dirttaayyy
We have been doing some funn stuff this week. Here are some updates:
Tomorrow we color on real people.. Im really excited though!! Dylan is my model, so his hair will be super easy.
Sooo.. I went on a really fun date last night! It was alotttt of fun. We went to an accustic concert, the bands were amazingg. My new favorite Artist is Nik Day, he is sooooo dang good. And super cute! After the concert we got ice cream :] and may I say that Tin Roof Sunday is so good!
First Foil
They didn't turn out too bad! if you look really close though, the roots are horrible.. I need to work on that haha..
We learned how to use some curling iron, I forgot the name of it..
But it didn't have a spring on it and was all backwords.
Lots of fun once you got it and had a system.
After curling we practiced updos.
I tried to re-create my prom hair but it didn't work out so well..
As you can see there are lots of funky flyaways.

Time to Catch Up
Usually when I come home the people across from my apartment are blasting Spanish music.. which makes sense because they are Mexicans. Today I was greeted with something I recognized, the Spanish people had American Idiot by Green Day cranked up so the whole complex could hear. Funny stuff.
Saturday I went to the grocery store, I was surprised how much fun shopping for food on my own could be. I had a great time. Not to mention the 30 year old looking man trying to flirt? with me while trying to pick out vitamins to help your body when it gets old... yaa.. Haha but nothing tops the college student with his grocery list written all our his arms in a black sharpie marker. Dad you would be proud, bread was .88 so I bought 2 and froze one. I also bought a nice biggg thing of tortillas that I separated and froze for later :] You taught me well. Not only was it a successful trip but right after I was done putting away all my food I updated my checking account and saved it! Now that is an accomplishment. I am keeping up on all of my spending making sure I don't go over :] Thanks Mom and Dad for yelling at me for never doing it before. It has finally stuck.
Church was great, my Bishopric is amazing. I cannot wait for next Sunday. The Stake first Counselor gave the Sunday School lesson. He introduced the Stake theme for the semester. It is a very familiar scripture, "Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity."-1 Timothy 4:12. Tonight for FHE the Stake wanted to do a get to know the Stake Presidency. They are all great too. I feel soo blessed to have such awesome Ward and Stake leaders. The lesson they gave was really weird though.. My whole stake is pretty much return missionaries so they emphasised dating.. The Stake President said something about 3 P's? Prepared, Paid for, and Paired off... Not use to hearing that one said over the pulpit. Haha Ohhhhh boyyyyyy..
Today was a little hectic... I was so tired this morning so I don't think I started off right. I dropped my little Baby off to get its oil changed for the first time by myself. The guy was really helpful so that was nice. I made it back in time to eat my lunch. We learned allllll about coloring hair. It was kinda intense, alot to take in. We did a super fun activity with cup cakes though. We made the 3 primary colors with food coloring and frosting, then we had to take from the 3 and make secondary colors like red-violet and yellow-green. It was fun mixing the colors to make it just right. I had to make blue-green
After we were done I ate a whole think of frosting... ughhhh so much for being healthy. And thenn if that wasn't enough, I ate 2 cupcakes. The stupid things were so good.
I figure you all saw my lovely white girl corn rows. Ya, I was stupid and left them in too long with loads of gel.. So I take out all the braids and brush it all out. Everything was fine, super easy to brush no prob. I go to wash it out in the sink, shampoo and condition, take it out and dry it off. As I sit there waiting for my friend I notice something is realllllllyyyyyyyy wrong.. My dolls head is one HUGE knot with the texture of dread locks. I have no idea what happened. I did what I always did when I washed. My teacher is freaking out and is like "I have never seen this happen before!!" and goes around to show the other teachers laughing.. Haha it was a superr funny sight but I had no idea how I was going to get it out!! It took about 2 hours and lotsssssss of conditioner.
If that didn't stress my out, then leaving Baby to get her Oil Change surely did. I dropped it off at lunch so I could pick it up at 5 when I was done with class. The guy was super helpful because I had noooo idea what I was doing. The hair mess thing took until 5 30 so freaking out I run over to the car place and luckily they were still open. Huh, so happy today is done with.
I know it could have been much much worse so I am grateful.
